EGSR 2026 registration rates are as follows:

Early bird registration rate deadline: Tuesday 2nd of June 2026 (AOE).
Please note that for all papers being presented at EGSR 2026, including any CGF paper being presented at EGSR 2026, we require at least one author to register and be present during the event.
EGSR 2026 registration includes lunch/refreshments during the conference, EGSR opening reception on June 30th, and EGSR gala dinner on July 2nd.
MAM-MANER workshop registration rates are in two categories:
- For those attending EGSR, additional registration for MAM-MANER workshop is 50€.
- For those only attending MAM-MANER workshop, the rate is 70€.
MAM-MANER registration includes lunch/refreshments during the workshop on June 30th.

EG Widening Participation Scholarships

The EG Widening Participation Scholarships aims to incentivise attendance from researchers worldwide; in particular, those who belong to underrepresented groups at EG events. These scholarships will cover the cost associated with registration and a stipend for attending the event. The stipend will be paid after attendance at the event. The registration costs will be paid directly by EG to the event organisers.
For EGSR, the application deadline is 12 June 11:59 PM GMT.
